Under the Centrally sponsored scheme colour TV sets are proposed to be provided to 4000 primary schools and Radio-cum-cassette players are to be provided to 10, 000 primary schools. All schools in the state are to be covered in phase manner under the scheme.

Computerization of Balchitravani is being completed soon with a view to enhancing the quality of educational programmes and learning material with the acceptance of ITC and multimedia. Major trust areas will be Universalisation of Elementary Education, Education of the disabled children, Introduction into learning English from Primary Level, Value Education, Adult Education and Environmental awareness. 

We are working on a 30 episodes ETV series on exploring the universe under the guidance of eminent Astrophysicist Dr. Jayant Narlikar, in association with CIET, NCERT, New Delhi, IUCAA, Pune and ETH, Pune.

Creation of locales for video shooting in the beautiful campus of the institute is been designed and developed for expediting programme production.
